MTF Foundation empowers Arabic-speaking young adults across the United States to build meaningful careers in AI and automation. Through culturally grounded coaching and hands-on training, we bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity — equipping the next generation with the skills shaping the future of work

MTF Foundation is a California-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Arabic-speaking young adults across the United States with the career development, AI training, and automation skills they need to thrive in today's workforce.

We offer a wide range of zero-cost programs — including AI and automation workshops, software and technology training, career coaching, and 1:1 free consultations — all delivered in Arabic and English by mentors who understand our community's culture and language.

Our mission is simple: no Arabic-speaking young adult in America should be left behind because of language barriers or lack of access to the right guidance. We partner with experienced professionals across technology, business, and consulting to bring world-class career development directly to our community — at no cost to the people we serve.

Whether you are just starting your career, looking to transition into tech, or ready to develop practical AI and automation skills, MTF Foundation is here to walk that path with you.
